After thinking about it for a couple of weeks I finally decided to purchase the Fuji 55-200mm lens. The plan is to use the lens for architecture and travel only. The Fuji 56mm will still be the main lens for my portrait work.
The lens arrived Saturday and I took it out today during a family walk and came across a number of ducks and their ducklings which was perfect to try out the new lens. All images are at 200mm (equivalent to 300mm in 35mm format) at F4.8 or F5.6. I am really impressed with the lens.
